We like to test others and see what they are really made of at Scout Trout, as "pressure busts pipes, but also forms diamonds". Under immense HEAT, Coach Frost has proved that he can handle the pressure and once again build Nebraska into a Big Ten contender and to national prominence. They spoke about the very subject that college football today was prying for and Coach Scott Frost delivered a UNCANNY response! Coach Frost checks out as a ELITE college football coach and we cannot wait to see what he does with the Nebraska Huskers! Obviously these concepts that create stability in programs and winning are also found with Coach Kirk Ferentz at the University of Iowa. In the linked article, I talk about how Iowa used the same core principles of "BUILDING" up individuals, as well as the State of Iowa in the process. Ferentz approach of caring about student-athletes is said to be "old school", but if you look across the landscape of collegiate football this is even a key trait in younger coaches like Scott Frost. The molding process is not always a easy one and it could take time, but in the end the "Diamond" is polished correctly and ready to shine bright.
