Have you started a Food Hub where you live.  How big is it, what do you do with your Food Hub, is it local or regional.  Lets find out what others are doing with "Food Hubs".

1)  From New Iberia, Louisiana, we find "Lulu's Food Hub and Urban Farm Learning Center".  Founder Ebony Williams is getting ready to open up a Food Distribution center for the Community Gardens and smaller Farmers to use.  She will help Distribute the Freshly grown items and sell them to Restaurants and Grocery stores to create a new Agri-Economy.  Lets hear what this Lady has in mind.  She wants to help with being a Garden Center, a Farmers Market, and help Urban Farming.  I'm fascinated with all the information this gal has and what you can learn from what she is doing.  Enjoy!

Have a Great Community Garden Day!
