Yes. 45 million years before man discovered beer, yeast did. And with a hundred or so million years of evolution already under their belt, they were already pretty good at. Fast forward now to Feb 2016 at an Oakland bar, when Raul, a couple business partners and Schubros' Ian Schuster meet about bringing history to life. Now, look forward to getting in early.
