One of the difficult but necessary lessons of life is that while good can come out of rotten choices or circumstances, we are not off the hook with responsibility for the rotten things we do.  Someone can intend to do evil, and yet God can use it for good, as well.  In this week's episode of Crazy Faith Talk, pastors Erica, Sarah, and Steve take a look at the way those tensions play out in the stories of Rachel and Leah, and then in the lives of their children (and the children Jacob has with their maidservants/concubines).  And through it all, through tricks and schemes and favoritism and tension, God is able to bring good even out of the roughest circumstances and rawest of raw materials.  Maybe there's hope for all of us, and what God can bring out of our complicated lives and messy families.
