The important work of leaving well is an art, not a science. There's no formula for getting it all right, and no one-size-fits-all approach.  But there are some ideas, practices, and mindsets that can be helpful, both in a congregational setting and in the other goodbye moments of our lives, that can help us to say our "Farewell and Godspeed" in ways that are healthy.  As they near the end of this Lenten series on transition in ministry and life, pastors Erica, Sarah, and Steve look at their own experiences, successes, and failures, in ways of managing the goodbye moments of their lives, in a hope that with honest conversation we can all manage the parting of ways knowing we are all still held in the hands of God.  With the help of some pop culture references to Ben Folds Five, Neil Simon, Chadwick Boseman, and more, we'll embark on an important conversation here on Crazy Faith Talk!
