She found her passion to prevent workplace harassment through a fight for the “ to work in an environment free of harassment, discrimination, and retaliatory  behaviors While working in the male dominated profession of law enforcement, Alana found herself fighting a lone battle against a system designed to protect only themselves. From her journey of reflections courage, and strength, came a different lighted path and journey becoming a consultant that assist businesses, organizations, and schools to address and overcome their hostile and unsafe conflicts.

Alana N. Williams has over 10 years of experience in the criminal justice system, specializing in law enforcement and investigations. Since 2013, Alana has been a criminal justice instructor at her alma mater, Alabama State University. She has an Instructor Development Certification from the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation), and she is a Certified EEO Equal Employment Opportunity) Investigator. Alana’s educational background consists of a M.S. in Criminal Justice from Faulkner University and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Alabama State University.
