Kia Wells-Urso was born and raised in Florida. She is the Founder/Owner of  Wells Industries, Inc DBA The Men and Women In Business Showcase and also the CEO of Kia Wells-Speaker of Life where she is also a Motivational Speaker. She's a graduate of Phoenix University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Kia Wells-Urso is a mother of three sons. In her spare time she enjoys reading, community involvement, and encouraging others to always love who they are no matter what.

Kia Wells-Urso is taking strides in making her imagination become her reality. She discovered the idea of establishing The Men and Women In Business Showcase in February 2015. It was brought to life July of 2017 where her first Women In  Business Pageant was  born. She decided to re-brand and and include male business owners as well. Her Motivational Speeches have also grown over the years and have blessed so many people. Some of her topics are, "The Bag Lady", “What Elevator Floor are you on?", "Removing the Mask", "Never a Discount", and so many more. She also is a Corporate Trainer and has provided training on Leadership, Effective Communication, and Customer Service. Kia Wells is a self-starter and leader through her volunteer experiences. Her passion is to help others see the value they possess within themselves and to always strive to become more. She is a member of several female auxiliary organizations, active in her church ministry, and she also is fluent in American Sign Language and donates her time to assist the deaf community.
