Toni Simmons Henson, Co-founder/ Producing Director of the Atlanta Black Theatre Festival, talks about the purpose and the passion behind ABTF, (named one of The Top Theatre Festivals to Visit Around the World by toptenzilla.com).

Henson, who started the festival in October 2012, discusses the early growing pains, what she learned about resilience and why it is important we tell our stories.

Valencia Griffin-Wallace, host of Define U Radio and her two hot seat co-host, Lyvonne Copeland and Shannon Ward, also talks about authors turning their books into plays and why festivals like ABTF are vital.
