ABOUT TERRY PERSUN

Unless you haven’t already guessed, I love writing. I’ve published novels, novellas, short stories, poetry, nonfiction books on writing, nonfiction books on spiritual subjects, essays, technical articles, and even brochure and ad copy. I’m a writer. I try to take at least one walk every day, then spend time outside feeding horses, scooping their poop, and fixing fences, mowing grass, and doing general maintenance around the house and farm. I really enjoy hiking when I get the chance, and want to spend a few weeks in Utah visiting the National Parks (maybe with one or both of my sons). For my day job, I am a freelance writer and marketing services expert. Before going out on my own, I held VP of Marketing and Sales positions, Editorial Director positions (consumer and business-to-business), worked as an electronics design engineer, and spent six years in the US Air Force. Now, I use all those talents and interests while running an advertising/PR agency. I get to talk with interesting people every day, and help companies gain visibility and sell more of their products and services to an eager customer base. I'm married and have three children, two sons and a daughter. I don't get to see all of them as often as I'd like, but love them from wherever I am and wherever they are. My oldest son is a police officer and has a beautiful daughter. My youngest son just passed his test to be a nurse and is working at a hospital now. He has a smart and good-looking boy.
