Shemeka Archer-Grundy is from Tampa, Florida. She graduated from the University of South Florida, where she found a profession that combined two interests of hers: helping people and business. By trade she is a Certified Human Resource Professional.  Her passion is to empower others by sharing uplifting motivating advice, this has led her to becoming a certified Life Career Coach and creator of the brand, Above the Coil, faith-based blog that shares positive messages and her hobbies. When Shemeka is not writing or sharing uplifting messages with others online, she is spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
