Susie Mierzwik Is a retired educator who received her BA in English from Montclair State University in NJ and an MBA from Golden Gate University.

 She taught for 26 years, including 3 years in secondary and 23 years in elementary school. Since retiring in 2012, Susie has been a health care advocate for the LifeWave Corporation. LifeWave is a technology company which has developed a revolutionary method of relieving pain without drugs using phototherapy.The technology has many applications which improve health across a wide range of issues, from quick non-transdermal pain relief to stem cell regeneration.

Besides improving the health and wellbeing of her clients, Susie and her husband Steve own many rental properties in the area which they manage personally.

Community involvement is a high priority. Susie is active in the Redlands and Highland Chambers of Commerce, , BASBC, NAFE, ETC, IACC and IEHFA and Women of Dignity for St. Bernardines Hospital

 She volunteers with Samaritan’s Purse, Mansion Memories, Santa Claus Inc., Ronald MacDonald House and other local charities.   Susie and Steve are  active members of Sunkissed Squares  Club and dance locally

She and Steve enjoy traveling to Europe, Tanzania, Africa, Hawaii, as well as within the states. They share5 grandchildren

 from 23 to infancy. They love hiking, biking and gardening.

She received the Teacher of the Year Award in 2000 from the Val Verde School District.  She was the recipient of Senator Mike Morrell’s Woman of Distinction  Award in 2014.

 In 2019 Susie received the Lady in Blue Saphire Award for Community Service.  She recently completed certification in NLP(neurolinguistic programming).
