Azucena de la Fuente is an outstanding award-winning Spanish actress. She has a vast experience in cinema, television, theater and radio. She has worked alongside several great Hollywood stars such as Andy Garcia and Mira Sorvino.  She has worked in various theaters in Hollywood and received a Fulbright Scholarship to study Acting in New York.
Her award-winning short film, “A Woman’s Daydream”, was a candidate for the Oscars nomination in 2003.  This film focuses on domestic violence issues. Azucena played leading character, she also directed, produced and co-screenwritten the film. Azucena traveled the world with her film to raise awareness about gender violence.

She is also one of the co-authors  in Quarantena and Beyond. 

Azucena has won numerou awards Best Actress Baja International Film Fest, Best Actress National  Film Festival, and so many more for her work in Film, Television and Theatre. She has a one woman show "If You Come I'll Tell You", which she plays in three languages.
