HOW SHOULD VOTERS RATE A CANDIDATE FOR PUBLIC OFFICE?

Too often voters are disappointed and frustrated by the performance of professional politicians serving in public office. This is the basis of their future lack of interest in the electoral process in general. Largely, because voters seem to have limited choices (Republican or Democrat) for selecting a candidate, they either opt to the lessor of two evils or choose not to vote at all. The good new is that there is a way to rate a candidate to determine if they live up to standards for effective leadership.
