California Peeping Tom laws make it a misdemeanor offense to spy on, or to take pictures of someone, in a private place without that person's consent. A conviction carries a potential sentence of up to 6 months in jail and fines of up to $1000.00. Technically, these laws are known as: Penal Code 647(i) – “peeking .. I practice on my piano , but i do not authorize anyone in my building or anywhere else to film inside my bathroom, bedroom ,living room, dining room, kitchen ,anywhere inside my home with an illegal camera, webcam, cell phone, binoculars or any type of device. I do not sing or perform on web and i do not have no reality show online either. I only perform in clubs like the whisky a go go ,or on podcasts where i play to the ears, not to the eyes. i do not want my home filmed outside of my four walls to people in my building. or to the people outside near my home ,or elsewhere on this planet
