basic common sense

I am tired fo being targeted by crazy people from the street, i think the police, the mental health community needs to get involved. It is not normal ,it is some serious mental health issue for a stranger who cannot move on  come up to some stranger ( me) .They need a psych hospital, or something because it is not common sense, it is insanity.
