Sharing God's Word for Today

Praise the Lord everybody, for this is the day that the Lord has made! I will rejoice and be glad in it.  We come to learn, to pray and to worship Him in spirit and in truth.

Welcome to New Direction's Teaching Ministry, "SHARING GOD'S WORD FOR TODAY".  We welcome everyone to grow with us, to study with us, and to pray with us.  We praise God for all listeners and guests.

The subject for today's episode is "Delight Yourself in the Lord; Rejoice in Him!".  We will study today from Psalm 37:1-4 and Habakkuk 3:16-19.  Psalm 37:4 says, Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.  Habakkuk 3:18 says, Yet I will rejoice in the Lord,  I will joy in God of my salvation.  In other words, regardless of my circumstances, whether I am up or down, have much or very little, whether I am suffering or  not, I will delight in the Lord of my salvation, I will rejoice in Him! Then He will give me the desires of my heart.
