The Word of God for Today

Praise the Lord, everybody, for this is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.  We come to study and learn more about Him.  We come to praise Him. We come to worship Him in spirit and in truth.  We come to allow His word to equip us for the journey towards heaven.

Welcome to everyone who has joined us today.  We are so glad that you are here to pray, to praise, and to digest the Word of God. I am your host, Dr.Loyce McCullough, pastor and co-founder of New Direction Christian Fellowship.  My late great husband, Rev. Dr. Dorsey McCullough was the founder.

The subject of Today's Episode is, "New Life, New Mercies, New Grace".  Everyone enjoys new things.  We like new clothes, new shoies, new houses, new cars, new computers,  and new experiences from time to time,

But sometimes we grow weary and frustrated with life, becoming depressed, stressed, worried, fearful and anxious about the future.

But God wants us to have new life, new mercies, new grace each day. He wants us to fear on Him, so that we can cast all of our cares upon Him,  

Romans 6:4 says,...we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even we also should walk in the newness of life. Hebrews 4:16 says, Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain help in time of need.

Please come and invited your family and friends to join us.  Bring your Bible, pens and notebooks to that you may write down scriptures for later use.
