Rejoice in the Lord, O you righteous! For praise from the upright is beautiful.  This is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it, as we study and search the scriptures.

Welcome to New Direction's Teaching Ministry, Sharing God's Word for Today.  All guests, listeners, and followers are truly welcomed.  We are praying for you and your families, churches, nations, cities and communities. Please pray for us as well.  We are also praying for the lost, the sick, the bereaved, and those who need deliverance.

The subject for today's episode is "The Promise of the Comforter".  Jesus, Our Lord and Savior taught His disciples about the Holy Spirit, who He would send after His ascension into Heaven.  He told them that He would send another comfort who would teach them all things.

Jesus  says in John 14:16 the following, And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever.  

We will study from John 14:16-18, John 16:7-15, etc.

Come and let the LORD reveal even more knowledge to all of us concerning Holy Spirit's role in the life of every believer in Christ.
