Praise the Lord, everybody, for this is the last day of 2019.  Let us rejoice and be glad in it.  May we enter into His gates with thanksgiving and into His courts with praise.  May we be ever so thankful for our Lord and Savior for all that He does for us.  Praise Him for coming to earth to die for our sins and sickneses.

Welcome to New Direction's Teaching Ministry, Sharing God's Word for Today. All guests, listeners, and followers are welcome.  We are delighted to have everyone who comes to this ministry.  I am your host and teacher, Loyce McCullough, pastor of New Direction Christian Fellowship, Stockton, California.  The Holy Spirit is the real Teacher who directs us.

The subject of today's episode is, Praise Immanuel! He is Still with Us!  The two key verses are:  Isaiah 7:14 which says, Therefore, the Lord will give you a sign; behold a virgin shall conceive, and bear a Son, and shall call His name IMMANUEL  This prophetic word was fulfilled in this second key verse Matthew 1:23: Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring for a son, and they shall call His name Emmanuel, which  being interpreted as God is with us.  Matthew 1:25 says, and he called His name Jesus.

May we remember that Jesus/Yeshua is always present with  those who are born-again believers in Jesus.  He is with us in all places and in all times; when we are well and when we are sick, when we are up and when we are down, when we have plenty and when we have needs.  Emmanuel, Jesus, is always there for us. He is the Waymaker and miracle worker,
