Praise the Lord for another day to draw closer to Him.  We thank Him for  his goodness, love and grace; we praise Him for  his great power and strength; we worship Him for His holiness and worthiness.  He is an awesome God!

Welcome to New Direction's Teaching Ministry, SHARING GOD'S WORD FOR TODAY.  All guests, listeners, followers, and prayer warriors are truly welcomed.

I am your host and presenter, Dr. Loyce McCullough, who is also pastor and co-founder of New Direction Christian Fellowship, Stockton, California.   My late great husband, Rev. Dr. Dorsey Wimbly McCullough was the founder.

The subject for today's episode is "One Can Chase a Thousand; Two can put Ten Thousand to Flight."  When we think about the power of prayer, whether it is one, two, or three, God multiplies in a mighty way the effectiness of true prayer.  Joshua 23:10 says One man of you shall chase a thousand; for the LORD your God, he it is that fighteth for you, as he hath promised you. Similarly, in Deuteronomy 32:30 says "How shall one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the LORD had shut them up?

Jesus tells his followers in Matthew 18:19 this promise:  Again I say unto you, that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything  that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father who is in heaven.

This study will certainly increase our faith as we pray and put on the full armor of God in theese last days.  We must pray, knowing that God will protect and bless His own.

Come, study, pray, and proclaim with us today.  The call in number is 323-642-1770. Please invite your family and friends by shareing this number with them.

GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS,
