Ritz-Carlton Chicago (A Four Seasons Hotel) was the first luxury hotel in Chicago. Amanda Belton is the Assistant Director of Catering at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago and has been with the hotel for almost five years now in total. Starting as a Catering Manager for four years and then leaving for a brief stint to open the newly opened Pump Room and PUBLIC Chicago only to return back to her “home” as Assistant Director of Catering at the Ritz. Amanda has and continues to work with some of the most fantastic weddings in Chicago, bringing together all the components that the couple wants combined with the culinary teams amazing cuisine.
