Dark Reading editors are live at Black Hat 2016. In this special episode of Dar Reading Radio, join managing editor Kelly Jackson Higgins and senior editor Sara Peters as they bring you conversations with speakers from the Black Hat 2016 conference.

Even penetration tests conducted by a security pro can be hacked by a determined attacker. Wesley McGrew, director of cyber operations at Horne Cyber, spoke with Dark Reading Executive Editor Kelly Jackson Higgins about his research on hacking penetration testers, which he will present this week in his talk at Black Hat USA, "Secure Penetration Testing Operations: Demonstrated Weaknesses In Learning Material And Tools." McGrew over the past few years has been examining vulnerabilities and security weaknesses in penetration testing tools, processes, and practices, and will release his homegrown Snagterpreter tool that allows an attacker to hijack, monitor, and alter traffic between the pen tester and his or her target/client.

Sara Peters brings a telephone conversation with Konstantin Berlin on an AI approach to security analysis.
