It is oftentimes depicted even in the movies.  ANCIENT ROME despised the WORSHIP of the YEOSHUA, the MESSIAH of ISRAEL!    ROME despised the FAITHFUL who would not bow down before what they esteemed as the primacy of ROME and its HELLenist beliefs and traditions.    Western historians often credit FOURTH CENTURY ROMAN STATESMAN EMPEROR CONSTANTINE as a  great HERO to the FAITH!   He   is said to have made decrees which brought an end to    the TORTURES, BEHEADINGS, and CRUCIFIXIONS of CHRISTIANS throughout the ROMAN EMPIRE.  Tonight we will examine what scripture prophecied concerning this CONSTANTINE, and whether or not it were a BLESSING or ultimately yet a CURSE against the sanctity of the SAVING FAITH!   CONSTANTINE indeed halted much of the MURDER that ROME had perpetrated against many who confessed YEOSHUA      as SAVIOR.  But at what COST? .. even unto MANY GENERATIONS!?
