The SWORD shall WHIRL upon their CITIES

Hosea 11:5  They shall not return to the land of Egypt, but the Assyrian shall be their king, because they refused to return unto Me.  6  the sword shall whirl on in their cities and shall destroy their dwellings.   They will suffer because of their evil counsels.  7 and My people have been inclined to backslide from Me.   Though they shall call to to Me, they take counsel together among themselves, and none at all would exalt Him.  8 ¶  How shall I uphold you, O Ephraim? how shall I help you, O Israel? Must I make you as Admah?   Shall I set you as Zeboim? ...   11:9  I will not execute the fierceness of My anger, I will not return to destroy Ephraim; for I am YAH, and not man in the midst of you; I am the Holy One, and I will not come again to attack the city.  11:10  They shall walk after the LORD; He shall roar like a lion; and when He shall roar, His people shall come trembling from the west.  11:11  they shall come fast like a bird out of Egypt, and like a dove out of the land of Assyria; and I will bring them back to their dwelling place, says the LORD.
