For it is YAH who gives to all men liberally by HIS grace, and it will be given him. 6 but let him ask in FAITH, for surety, NOT doubtful hastily inconsiderate lying conclusions.  For he who doubts/ vacillates is like waves of the sea driven by the wind and tossed. 7  thus let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord.
