Despite their pomp, no scripture says Messiah will be pleased with any of the rulers! Messiah comes because they ALL lead the people astray! Zec 13:7 Awake, O Sword, against My shepherds! Against the men called My fellows, says YAH! Smite the shepherds, and their sheep shall be scattered. And I will turn mine hand upon their great ones. 8 It shall come to pass, that in all the lands, says YAH, 2 parts shall be cut off and die; but 1/3 shall be left therein. 9 And I will bring the 1/3 part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried. Then they shall call on MY NAME, and I will hear them: I will say, It is MY people! And they shall say, The LORD is my YAH.(Isaiah 59:8-60:12, 42:18-43:13)
Jer 23:1 "Woe to the shepherds! You destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture!" declares YAH. 2 Therefore says the LORD God of Israel concerning the shepherds who tend to My people: "You have scattered My flock and driven them away, and have not attended to them; Behold, I am about to attend to you for the evil of your deeds," says YAH. 3 "Then I Myself shall gather the remnant of My flock out of all countries where I have driven them and shall bring them back to their pasture; and they will be fruitful and multiply. 4 "I shall also raise up shepherds over them and they will tend them; and they will not be afraid any longer, nor be terrified, nor will any be missing," says YAH. 5 "Behold! Days are coming," says YAH, "When I shall raise up for David a Righteous Branch; And He will reign as king and act wisely And do justice and righteousness in the land 6 "In His days Judah will be saved, And Israel will dwell securely; And this is His Name by which He will be called, 'The LORD our righteousness.'
