JOHN 3:16 ... RECEIVING THE GIFT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!

Messiah never said that them who simply call upon His Name would receive the gift of His Spirit!

Blessed are they who will discern what He DID declare unto receiving The Gift.  For indeed, no one shall enter unto the Kingdom of YAH who is not made complete.
