Is The U.S. Judicial System in Contempt of Black America?

During this episode I will discuss how the U.S. Judicial system has a long history of “contempt” against Black Americans. The most recent example from the George Zimmerman verdict is just the tip of the iceberg of the atrocities that have been committed by the judicial system in this country against Black Americans. The Attorney General of the United States Eric Holder, should file criminal civil rights charges against the entire Florida Judicial system not just against Zimmerman.

The intensity of this contempt against Black Americans has been increasing since George W.  Bush was elected as President of the United States back in 2000. Not only has our judicial system allowed racist law enforcement  to get away with killing Black Americans, it has continued to undermine our voting rights and most recently has pushed our civil rights advancements back to 1913. The most recent attacks against civil rights against Black Americans were done under the current President Barrack Obama, who is a Black American lawyer!

I can go all the way back to the 1990s to give examples of the corruption and racist indifference for equal protection under the law for Black Americans. Prior to the 1992 riots there was another case involving the shooting of a Black American teenager Latasha Harlins, who was just 15 when she was murdered by a Korean store owner.  Judge Joyce Karlin who is  White, sentenced her to probation and a suspended prison term.

Since 2000, there have been many high profile murders of Black Americans by law enforcement in Los Angeles where the courts and the Los Angeles DA Steve Cooley, only rigged trials to allow criminal cops to go free.  One of these was the murder case of Oscar Grant that came down to Los Angeles from Oakland, California specifically so the former DA Steve Cooley could rig the trial.
