Words have power! We often forget this...As children, we are taught that "Sticks and stones can break my bones, but words can never hurt me"...but is this really true? I think not...

Words can heal or hurt, encourage or discourage, build up or tear down. How we use the energy of our words can absolutely be life-changing.
