This is Apostle Debra Deanes, and we are studying developing persistence in prayer.  How we should pray more than an hour.  We should meditate on the word of God.  Also, we should pray in the Holy Ghost.  Why should we pray in the Holy Ghost.  He that speakers in an unknown tongue edifieth himself.   Therefore, praying in your prayer language is the means by which you can build yourself up spiritually
