Special Guest: Alison Green, Executive Coach, WOMBA Director, SheSays Coaching Partner

From the parental coaching work WOMBA are doing, they are noticing a shift in the last year or so in how organisations are approaching engaging and supporting parents.

This is a critical issue as it’s having a first child when the gender pay gap starts to widen.

Until recently it’s been approached as a ‘woman’ thing and they’ve been providing coaching support (practical, professional and psychological) for expectant and returning mums.

Forward thinking organisations are now introducing more gender neutral parental polices and recognising this needs to looked at from the perspective of mums’, dads’ and managers’ and recognising to retain and engage parents requires aligning HR policies, D&I, L&D and communication.

Join us as we discuss this shift and how organisations are now introducing more gender neutral parental policies.
