Special Guest: Leila Zafar: Office Manager of Living Well

Leila Zafar, the Office Manager, is here to talk to us about the Living Well approach to encouraging their staff back into the office after the pandemic, with regard to their mental health and wellbeing as well as to the commercial interests of the organisation.
Leila comes from a background in the arts and events management industries, working with many high-profile people and companies along the way.
Since starting as the Executive Assistant at LWC in September 2019 she has been working closely with the senior management teams providing business support to contribute toward the smooth running of the organisation
