One has to wonder in the "creative" landscape known as WWE if by next week's Elimination Chamber go home show if it will be turned into a 30 man match the way they keep adding people. If the landscape were not clear as mud during the finish to last night's RAW, the live video WWE did on Facebook made it that way.
Friday night, both Impact, in a joint promotion, with Wrestle Pro out of New Jersey and Ring Of Honor ran competing live events with Impact broadcasting on their Twitch channel and Ring Of Honor running on the FITE app. A former WWE star had been advertised on one of the events but instead surprised everyone by showing up on the other event. We will tell you who that wrestler is and their announced plans for the future. Speaking of Impact, Ed Nordholm recently discussed what he did that caused a massive backlash regarding the situation with the Hardys and the Broken trademarks and probably doomed their attempt to keep them. They also came to an agreement concerning footage that had been shot during the Hardys Impact run that may be even more surprising. During that Impact event a surprise return to the Impact roster was also announced.
At the recent Championship Wrestling Form Hollywood TV tapings NWA Champion Nick Aldis defended his title against another former WWE star.Trust us, your jaw is going to drop when you find out who it was. Speaking of former WWE stars, another one tried and failed to negotiate a deal with New Japan. This might be another shock (or maybe not) when you find out who it is and what storyline they wanted. Jerry Lawler has announced the return of a regional show that was very popular in the Memphis area.
