We wrote this as an introduction when we had the cousin of tonight's guest on a couple of years ago, the description fits very well.
Many families have businesses that go from father to son to nephew to cousin. For some, it is a grocery store. For others, a restaurant or some other business. For the Fatu family, the family business is professional wrestling. Tonight, we talk to Sam Fatu, known to some as Headshrinker Fatu, to others as The Tonga Kid.
Trained by Afa and Sika,Sam started working house shows as an unnamed Samoan before being given the name Tonga Kid. His first major feud was with one of the legends of our industry, Rowdy Roddy Piper. Over the years he has shared the ring with some of the greatest names wrestling has had to offer. He has been a fixture throughout the US as well as Puerto Rico.
His stories are wonderful to listen to, including spending time with The British Bulldogs mascot Matilda. Get ready for a fun and entertaining evening.
