Shawn Hernandez, like many other athletes who have become stars in the wrestling business, did not start in wrestling. Like many others, he came from football. However, in Shawn's case, he did not come from the classic gridiron that spawned such stars as Bronco Nagurski, Wahoo McDaniel and Manny Fernandez. Instead, Shawn came from the Arena Football League. In fact, one of Shawn's trainers is one of our very good friends and regular contributor to the show, Rudy Boy Gonzalez. 

Shawn's career has taken him through a number of promotions throughout the years, He has been with Texas All-Star Wrestling, NWA, WWF and many more, but his most famous stint is probably his second time in TNA where he became a member of one of the hottest groups in the promotion, the Latin American Exchange, AKA LAX. 

We'll talk about his training with Rudy, his title reigns and travels, working with Konan, the differences between American wrestling and lucha libre style from his days at AAA and many more stories. We hope you will enjoy what should be another great interview.
