1. Build Consensus
2. Can be used for all Agile Ceremonies
3. Make Introverted Team Members Comfortable
4. Gives everyone equal voting rights
5. Opens up dialogue
6. Can determine if a conversation needs to be brought to a vote
7. Fist of Five Rules
   1. 5 Fingers - Completely Agree/ I will Champion Things
   2. 4 Fingers - Agree (Not Comfortable Championing It)
   3. 3 Fingers - Fully Support the Outcome
   4. 2 Fingers - Minor Questions/Concerns
   5. 1 Finger -  Significant Questions and Alternate Suggestion (that hasn't already been discussed)
   6.  FIST - Have clear evidence / concrete data why the solution will not work (Back to the Drawing board)
