Jumu'ah: Yusuf's 3 Shirts; The 2nd Shirt [Session 5, Conclusion], (Insha'Allah)

Yusuf’s statements (12: 23) show that he had “G-d Consciousness (Taqwa) which is a Consciousness of G’d, and a Consciousness of the consequences of deeds in Allah’s design.

Yusuf understood and sought to live with a Consciousness of his own Human Nature and in accordance with the Laws of G’d; understanding the bearing of the Laws of G'd on the Human Condition.

Maturity in the Second Shirt is The Rational Moral Conscience of the believer in G’d. In essence The Second Shirt is Logic in service to Taqwa. In human nature, intellect serves interest (it only rationalizes [+ , -] our appetites and aspirations), but in spiritual maturity Intellect serves Allah.
