Why am I interested?  Because after the Fed decision not to raise interest rates, the stock market began to boom again erasing the deep losses that came upon the heels of the Fed raising interest rates by just a quarter of a percent (Can You Say "Withdrawal Symptoms"?). And at the same time there was a lot of talk about the weakening dollar.
