So Muhammad ibn Abdullah of Arabia was a Soul kept pure, in order that he would be a fit vessel for the last revelation.  Allah preserved Mihammad's original nature.  Affirming that purity, the Prophet said, "In my bloodline there is no fornication or adultery".  His biography reports that at one period of his youth, Muhammad was employed, like other young men of his age, in tending the sheep and goats of Mecca upon the neighboring hills and valleys. On one occasion, when he was engaged in his duty in company with a lad of Quraish, he asked him to look after his flock also, so that he could go into Mecca and divert himself there as other youth did to divert themselves at night. But no sooner had he reached the precincts of the city than a marriage feast engaged his attention, and he soon fell asleep. On another similar occasion, he again fell asleep on his way to the city till morning. In this way Allah protected him from the temptation and he never again sought after such diversions. That purity became one of the credentials that Allah established through Muhammad Ibn Abdullah's life to support the Truth of the revelation he would recieve. Allah says to the Prophet (10:16). Say: "If Allah had so willed I should not have rehearsed it to you nor would He have made it known to you.  A whole lifetime before this have I lived  amongst you: will ye not then understand?"
