G-d helps us by freeing and expanding our vision, our eyesight, our perception of reality. Also it is written and the Quran is addressing it the seers, the wise of old their wisdom is written, don’t think the everything in the Bible came from a Prophet or Messenger it is not like the Quran.

Expanding the perception, opening the eyes. Blindness refers to the ignorance and the scripture speaks of a famine that will spread all over the world and it says it will not be a famine of food.  You will not be starving for food but a famine of hearing the words of the Lord, the words of G-d, we can understand that.
