39: 18. "Those who listen to the Word and follow the best (meaning) in it: those are the ones whom Allah has guided and those are the ones endued with understanding."

Insha'Allah, the individual will be capable of interpreting/perceiving/conceiving meaning in a "percept" (whatever is being perceived by the senses) according to the level which matches their Cognitive and Spiritual Development.

The innermost circle represents the deepest meaning in the "percept".  It also represents the highest level of Cognitive and Spiritual Development of the individual.  The outermost circle represents the most obvious or literal meaning of the "percept".  It also represents the lowest level of Cognitive and Spiritual Development of the individual.

The Truth of a "percept" is not the discernment of the innermost meaning of the percept, but it is to interpret it accurately for the context in which it is found.   A sign or a symbol is just like a word .  Reading a word and reading a sign is the same as discerning and using the correct meaning out of the many possible meanings in a word as it is used in a particular sentence.
