“Seeing Is Believing and Vice Versa”
“… We have indeed made clear the signs unto any people who hold firmly to belief.”
This means whenever an individual is presented with possibilities they decide if they believe it or not. Someone who is positively disposed to that possibility would say "I see it [as a possibility]". Someone who is negatively disposed to the possibility would say "I don't see it [as a possibility]". So, when it comes to “Possibilities”, -- "Seeing is believing". It is not a “Chicken and Egg” type matter. It isn’t a matter of, "Do you see it [effect] because you believe it [cause]?” Or "Do you believe it [effect] because you see it [cause]?" They are equational; equivalent. You won't see it if you don’t believe it. And if you won't believe it you can’t see it.
There is a very concrete illustration for this. There is a publication of holographic pictures embedded in uniform “fractal-like” designs called The Magic Eye, Volume I: A New Way of Looking at the World by Cheri Smith, Marc Grossman
