When the human being interacts scientifically with his material environment with Conviction (Iman + Aqeedah + Science = Yaqin), he realizes/manifests/actualizes certain potentials and possibilities out of the particular field with which he interacts.  He translates the Unmanifest into the Manifest in accordance with the Will and Permission of Allah.
