Eidul Fitrah commemorates Adam [Nafsin Wahidah] the Individuality.

Eidul Adha commemorates Abraham [“A Community”] the Collectivity.

(30:30) Deenul Fitrah is the divine prescription to enable the human being who practices it to be in accord with the laws of nature.  The rituals of Al-Islam are practices given to the Muslim/Human being in order for them to grow to their full dimensions as created by Allah by conscious effort (91: 7-10).
