UDL: "Taqwa: Consciousness Of Allah In All Things At All Times II"

39: 53 Say, "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair   of the mercy of Allah [QaniTa: become unconscious that Allah is the Most Merciful]. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful."

Allah's Messenger (saws) said that the Shaitaan said, "By Thy Might, my Lord, I shall continue to lead Thy servants astray as long as their spirits are in their bodies!"  The Lord, Who is Great and Glorious, replied, "By My Might, Glory and Exalted Station, I shall continue to pardon them as long as they ask My forgiveness!"
