3: 139. So don’t be weak and don’t fall into the habit of expressing pain, grief and sorrow: You are the triumphant if you are practicing Believing.

    140. If a painfully difficult situation has come into your life be sure that a similar painfully difficult situations have come into the lives of the others as well.  Such good times and bad times We allow in the lives of people in turns: by this means Allah makes known those who believe and he allows people to die in such state as a testimony to their complete faith in Allah. And Allah loves not those that do wrong.
