Ibn Khaldun in his time declared that [Philosophically and conceptually] he is doing something completely new. For example, his perception of elevating the impact of the environment/socialization on human beings. [SHARED]
Also Ibn Khaldun was giving “new definition”[1] to terms [Assabiyah – “Tribalism” and Mulk – “Kingship”] that were negative in general understanding before his time in Al-Islam.
