The (blood/dollar) circulation has been and is being cut off which is leading to “amputations’ in local economies. [e.g., Death Of Retail: First Walmart ate “Mom and Pop” now Amazon is eating Walmart].

The Central Banks can’t paper of the debt (US and China)

The institutional investor money [and others with high liquidity, e.g., “winners in the overpriced Stock Market'] are looking for hedges and “safe havens".  So they’re moving from paper to hard assets.
