SAHIH AL-BUKHARI #8.268 "A man entered the mosque while Allah's Messenger (peace_be_upon_him) was sitting in one side of the mosque. The man prayed, then came and greeted the Prophet (peace be upon him.  Allah's Messenger (peace_be_upon_him) said, to him, "Wa alayka-s-Salam (returned his greeting). Go back and pray as you have not prayed (properly)." The man returned, repeated his prayer, came back and greeted the Prophet (peace_be_upon_him).  The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said, "Wa alaykum-As-Salaam (returned his greeting). Go back and pray again as you have not prayed (properly)."  The man said at the second or third time, "O Allah's Messenger (peace_be_upon_him)! Kindly teach me how to pray."

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said, "When you stand for prayer, perform ablution properly and then face the Qiblah and say Takbir (AllahuAkbar). Next recite what you know from the Qur'an, and then bow calmly until your feel at ease. Rise from bowing, until you stand straight, and then prostrate calmly (and remain in prostration) until you feel at ease. Then raise (your head) and sit with calmly until you feel at ease. Again prostrate with calmly (and remain in prostration) until you feel at ease, then raise (your head) and sit with calmly until you feel at ease in the sitting position, and do likewise in the whole of your prayer."  AbuUsamah added, "Until you stand upright."
