WCP: Dr. Boyce Watkins "The Significance Of Expectations For Wealth Creation"

The individual’s “pre-disposition” to believe or disbelieve in a possibility is the bi-product of EVE(DA)[1]. 

Our pre-disposition is a state is that is formed from our prior Experience/Education/Environment.  The left cerebral hemisphere is largely responsible for creating a coherent belief system in order to maintain a sense of continuity towards our lives. New experience gets folded into the pre-existing belief system. When a proposed possibility fits “our existed frames” then they are believed when they don’t fit they are simply denied.[2]

Disposition is the "on-off" switch for the allocation of an individual's personal and human resources. ON (Believe) = The individual then calls upon all of their physical mental and spiritual resources to realize the conceptual possibility. OFF (Don’t Believe) = The individual delegates no resources to realize the conceptual possibility.
